Introducing Taiji

This is a system based on a set of principles that have been around for hundreds, even thousands of years that anyone can use to cultivate themselves. 

The movements are slow to allow the practitioner to incorporate the principles into their body. All movement and mechanics come from the inside using relaxation to calm the "Body Mind". This practice leads to living a happy, physically, mentally and emotionally balanced life.
